We are anxious to start working on your case, but before we can, we need to know what options are available to you. We begin to explore these different options during our initial consultation. This consultation can take place either in-person, by telephone, or through email. We do charge a small fee for each consultation, but we will credit it toward your final bill should you decide to hire us to handle your case. Unfortunately, consultations cannot take place until payment is received.
Please note that consultations are reserved for those individuals looking for an attorney to assist them in their case. It is not for someone who wishes to do their own immigration legal work and have an attorney review it. Please also know that on occasion, we will not be able to answer every question you have. Sometimes additional research is required. If this is the case, we will contact you, usually within one week’s time, to advise you on what we found. Again, we look forward to hearing from you.
